Cheryl Martin has over 10 years of experience in assisted living, rising from Office Assistant to Activity and Marketing Director before earning her Administrator’s License. She now serves as a Regional Executive Director with Crossroads Senior Living, driven by a passion for supporting residents and communities.

Josie became a Registered Nurse in 2011 and has experience in acute and long-term care. Since 2015, she has focused on assisted living, progressing from Director of Nursing to a regional role. Passionate about serving the elderly, Josie is committed to helping each community thrive.

Tonya Criswell brings over 25 years of experience in education and has spent the past 4.5 years dedicated to elder care. She holds a Master’s degree and is a certified Assisted Living Administrator. As a Regional Executive Director, Tonya is committed to fostering quality care and enriching the lives of seniors.
